We have recently made a small but meaningful change to our coffee program. Every cup of coffee is now brewed to order. This is how it works:
Step 1: You pick your coffee.
Step 2: We brew it fresh.
Step 3: You enjoy it.
We already make every espresso drink to order, thats a given, but now we brew every cup of coffee to order. Some other shops offer it as an option, but none are “all in” when it comes to coffee brewed by the cup. Here is why we made the change:
We believe you only get the highest quality brewed coffee when it is made fresh. Wether its a craft bar or a top notch restaurant, when someone takes the time and effort to produce the freshest, hand-made, product it always turns out the best. We are dedicated to brewing each cup individually for you, so that we can guarantee it is the best, highest quality, coffee possible.
You can go to a hotel, a Starbucks, a local cafe, or even a gas station and get coffee from a big pot that has been brewed and is waiting for you to drink. You can’t go to many places in Sacramento where a person spends the time on each coffee to make it just for you. It’s something we are proud of, to be able to create each drink individually for each customer.
We kept asking ourselves that question. Some coffee shops are scared of making the change, despite the trend to make better coffee, because it costs too much in labor, or it takes too long for the “quick” customers, or because it’s just easier to make lesser quality coffee. But for us, why not? We made this decision because we want nothing other than to serve the very best coffee. We are willing to work harder, put in the effort, put in the time, and produce only the best. We hope you enjoy it.
