Saturday September 13th (second saturday) at 10AM at Broadacre we will doing our Second Saturday Coffee Bike Tour. We’ll be riding through the grid to some of Sacramento’s best coffee shops, drinking coffee, and having fun with good friends! Come hang out and enjoy coffee, bikes, and Sacramento.

That simply means that we scour the country to find the best coffee roasters and then bring them to Sacramento to be served at our cafe. We believe that there is no “holy grail” of coffee or coffee roasters, but rather each roaster offers different, equally amazing, coffees, roasted in their own unique styles, letting us provide you and Sacramento with a wide selection of amazing coffees to enjoy. About: It was a beautiful day outside when the mail man arrived with a package. The broadacre boys, surprised with the boxe’s arrival, bound quickly to greet the mail man. With giddy smiles on our faces, like boys opening the first present under the christmas tree, we tore open the box with great zeal. Our senses were pleasantly surprised to find beautifully packaged coffee beans with the label De La Paz. After only minutes we had brewed a cup and boy did we love it. This was our first taste about 6 months ago. We quickly decided to bring De La Paz on and have been serving this delicious coffee in our cafe now for a few months. We couldn’t be happier.

Here is a little bit about them from their web site:

De La Paz Coffee was created in 2006 with a strong desire to learn about everything related to coffee and make it our trade/occupation. It has been an exciting adventure and we are proud to say that over the years, our company has grown to become a place where our main focus is outstanding quality. At De La Paz Coffee we are passionate about what we do and we are thrilled to be able to share that with you soon in our coffee and espresso bar.

With so much coffee coming out of the bay area we were pleased to find this gem of a company. We travled down and spent a few hours meeting this crew and they are great people. We love what they are doing, you will too.
